RETURN POLICY:
I Received a damaged product. What do I do?
Our products undergo through inspection before dispatch; however in case if there is any damage, drop us a mail at giftyscraftstore@gmail.com with mandatory product opening video (from showing the address and tracking on it clearly till the product is checked completely, without cutting or pausing the video) of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order.
The replacement is processed only after the defective product is received and confirmed at our warehouse.
In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a GIFT CARD of the product which can be used to place your order within the next 2 months.
RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS:
Please note that we do not offer any RETURN policy on SALE items.
We will process a return only if:
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what we shipped to you.
- Returned product in its original condition (with box, MRP tag intact and all accessories therein)
Please ensure the return items are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
